this is sooooo good! it's really soft looking but it's so detailed and the face is just beautiful :)

Didn't realise it was from that game though sorry! I have it up on a shelf waiting for me to get around to playing hehe

Thanks! Most of the credit goes to the artist who did the portraits for the game, but still... lol.

Waiting to get around playing for the first time, or for another round?

first time :) I love gaming but only started a couple of years ago, and I when I heard there was a game based on the Dragonlance Saga I had to buy it but life is too busy!

I've never heard of it... !

NWN 1 is not as good as NWN2 but it's still fun. Especially the expansion pack Hordes of the Underdark, but you have to first play Shadows of Undrentide since the character carries over.

ahh it's a studio ghibli film, one of my fave's :)

I only have the first one so far wanted to see how I got on with it first :) but I will look out for the expansion packs thanks - I didn't realise there was any! Is it like the books a lot?

Okay. It's got lamer graphics, and the roleplaying is less palpable, but it is nevertheless fun... I like the portrait aspect of it, although I am thoroughly annoyed that the NPCs don't always have matching portraits (to their 3d guy), only the major ones. It's nice that you can add custom ones. I'm a sucker for romance in rpgs, and the first NWN has a kind of lame romance... but w/e. It's way better in HotU, although the middle expansion has no romance plot at all. Though there is some funny dialogue if you have Tomi with you. Sorry this is kind of overkill, blame the caffeine for my chattyness... lol.

p.s. I will netflix that movie and see it!

wow thankyou, I'm a sucker for a romance story aswell lol so it sounds like I'm really gunna enjoy this one! I have to play it soon! I have lots of gaming to catch up on will shift it to the top of the pile ;)

I was being a complete div about the fil btw :'( I got my msg's mixed up someone else was talking about Nausicaa with me hence the studio ghibli ref'! The Dragonlance Saga is a collection of books, the most famous being the first - Dragon's of Autumn Twighlight - if you haven't read it and you like fantasy stories, with trials, good vs. evil, dragons, elves, battles and love stories - you MUST read it. I think they did do a film but it was only released in america and it didn't get very good ratings :\

oh and btw yay for chattyness! if I'd been drinking coffee I'd blame it on that but I haven't I have no excuse lol :)

Cancel that! I just got Dragon Age, and if you are going to play a game, make it that!!! Seriously, it is like the pinnacle of bioware's games, which are the best, so far. I haven't beat it yet... but it is enthralling... I would play it right now but it's almost 5 in the morning here and I need to sleep, lol. And eat. I just got home from this crazy commune style house... lol.

Ha ha ha, last time I was chatty from the caffeine, now it's the drowiness... what a weirdo I am, lol.
